Chrissy Houlahan represents Pennsylvania's 6th congressional district, which covers nearly all of Chester County west of Philadelphia and the southern portion of Berks County including the city of Reading. She has served in this seat since January 2019, first elected in 2018 by defeating Republican Greg McCauley. Before entering Congress, Houlahan served as an officer in the United States Air Force and worked as an engineer. She is a member of the Democratic Party.
