Chuck Fleischmann is the U.S. Representative for Tennessee's 3rd congressional district, a seat he has held since January 2011. The district is centered on Chattanooga and encompasses a substantial portion of East Tennessee, including the city of Oak Ridge. Fleischmann is an attorney by training and a member of the Republican Party. In Congress, his sponsored legislation includes the James J. Andrews and William H.
