Who they are, where they came from

Dave Min serves as the U.S. Representative for California's 47th congressional district, a seat he has held since January 3, 2025. Before his election to the House, Min represented the 37th district in the California State Senate from 2020 to 2024, covering portions of Orange County. Prior to elected office, he worked as an assistant law professor at the University of California, Irvine. In his early House tenure, Min has introduced amendments in committee proceedings, with both HAMDT.119 and HAMDT.121 agreed to by voice vote.
