Dwight E. Evans represents Pennsylvania's 3rd congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives, a seat he has held since November 2016. Before his election to Congress, Evans served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 203rd district from 1981 to 2016. He is also a former educator.
