Who they are, where they came from

Ed Case represents Hawaii's 1st congressional district, which covers the urban core of Honolulu, having served in that seat since January 2019. He previously represented Hawaii's 2nd congressional district from 2002 to 2007. By training, he is a lawyer. Case is a member of the Democratic Party. His sponsored legislation addresses Hawaii-specific environmental concerns, Pacific regional policy, federal fiscal matters, and immigration issues affecting Filipino veterans and their families (H.R.1053, H.R.487, H.R.1780, H.R.562, H.R.3332, H.R.222).
