Harriet Maxine Hageman is an attorney serving as the U.S. Representative for Wyoming's at-large congressional district. She has held this seat since January 3, 2023, and is a member of the Republican Party. Hageman sponsored H.J.Res.130, a joint resolution of congressional disapproval under the Congressional Review Act, which was enacted into law (HJRES.130). Carper Water Resources Development Act of 2024 (S.4367), America's Conservation Enhancement Reauthorization Act of 2024 (S.3791), the Stop Institutional Child Abuse Act (S.1351), the Promoting a Resolution to the Tibet-China Dispute Act (S.138), the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom Reauthorization Act (S.3764), and the Billie Jean King Congressional Gold Medal Act (S.2861). Among her sponsored legislation in committee are the Regulatory Cooling Off Act of 2025 (HR.510), the Fight Illicit Pill Presses Act (HR.5880), a bill to authorize long-term leases of federally held tribal lands (HR.5910), and the PLCAA Federal Jurisdiction Act (HR.1068).
