J. French Hill is a businessman and politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Arkansas's 2nd congressional district. He has held this seat since January 6, 2015, and is a member of the Republican Party. Hill serves on the House Financial Services Committee, where several of his sponsored bills have been referred.
