Guam veterans deserve full PACT Act coverageMoylan sponsored HR.1191 and HR.2149, both titled "Correcting Guam's History in the PACT Act," which seek to amend federal law to address how Guam is treated under the PACT Act's veterans' toxic-exposure benefit provisions. 02
Federal veterans' services should reach GuamMoylan sponsored HR.877, the Deliver for Veterans Act, a reintroduced measure aimed at ensuring veterans' service delivery reaches Guam under title 38. He also sponsored HR.6063, which would designate a dedicated USDA Rural Development office for Guam and the Western Pacific, extending federal agency presence to the territory.
03
Guam's federal statutory treatment warrants revisionMoylan sponsored HR.876, which would amend the Defense Base Act to exclude Guam from certain requirements, and HR.1536 (PIFAA), addressing federal frameworks applicable to Pacific Island territories.
