Who they are, where they came from

Johnny Olszewski Jr. represents Maryland's 2nd congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives, having taken office on January 3, 2025. Before entering Congress, Olszewski served as the 14th county executive of Baltimore County, Maryland, from 2018 to 2025, making him one of the longer-serving county executives in that office's history. His path to federal office followed a career rooted in Maryland local government and public administration.
