Who they are, where they came from
Kevin Mullin represents California's 15th congressional district, which encompasses much of the San Francisco Peninsula, and has held this seat since January 2023. Prior to his election to Congress, Mullin served in the California State Assembly from the 22nd district from 2012 to 2022. In the House, he has sponsored legislation addressing pedestrian safety technology (HR.3360), home weatherization and energy resilience (HR.5650), recognition of Filipino veterans (HR.6013), updates to the federal poverty line calculation (HR.1428), and earthquake preparedness infrastructure (HR.2568).
