Who they are, where they came from

Kimberlyn King-Hinds serves as the U.S. Delegate to the House of Representatives for the Northern Mariana Islands's at-large congressional district, having taken office on January 3, 2025. She is a member of the Republican Party and one of two Chamorro members of Congress, alongside James Moylan of Guam. Before entering federal office, King-Hinds worked as an attorney and held positions in Northern Mariana Islands territorial governance, including chair of the Commonwealth Ports Authority and member of the Commonwealth Public Utilities Commission.
