Marlin A. Stutzman represents Indiana's 3rd congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives. He was sworn in on January 3, 2025, returning to the seat he previously held from 2010 to 2017. Before his return to Congress, Stutzman served in the Indiana House of Representatives from 2003 to 2009 and in the Indiana Senate from 2009 to 2010, before winning a special election to the U.S. House in 2010.
