Michael Patrick Guest is an attorney representing Mississippi's 3rd congressional district in the United States House of Representatives, a seat he has held since January 2019. Upon the death of Representative Jackie Walorski in August 2022, Guest became the ranking member of the House Committee on Ethics; when Republicans won the House majority in November 2022, he became the committee's chair in the 118th Congress. Guest's legislative activity includes recurring resolutions honoring military veterans (HRES.864, HRES.1566, HRES.859, HRES.1255) and memorializing law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty (HRES.1226, HRES.421).
