Sean Patrick Duffy serves as the 20th United States Secretary of Transportation, a position he has held since January 28, 2025. He additionally served as the acting administrator of NASA from July to December 2025. Prior to his Cabinet role, Duffy represented Wisconsin's seventh congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives from 2011 to 2019. Before his time in Congress, he served as the district attorney of Ashland County, Wisconsin, from 2002 to 2010. Duffy is also known for a prior career as a television personality and holds a background in law.
