Sheri Biggs represents South Carolina's 3rd congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives. A Republican, she began her term on January 3, 2025. In her early legislative activity, Biggs has voted against her party's majority on several measures that subsequently became law, including the Congressional Award Program Reauthorization Act (S.284), the Small Business Innovation and Economic Security Act (S.3971), and the Salem Maritime National Historical Park Redesignation and Boundary Study Act (HR.2215).
